We want you to love your TANORA piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of receipt, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached.

Please note that as our pieces are crafted entirely by hand using natural materials, some variation in colour and texture is to be expected — and is part of what makes each piece unique. This is not considered a fault.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 21 days of receipt. Return shipping in this case is at the customer's expense, with the exception of hat products, for which a prepaid label will be provided.

 In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us at info@tanora.com.au within 21 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs of the item. Once assessed, we will issue a prepaid return label and offer either an exchange or full refund.
