SHIPPING 

Items are dispatched from Sydney, Australia within 5 business days. Shipping time varies from 1-7 business days. EXPRESS SHIPPING option is available at checkout for urgent deliveries. 

Please allow a further 5 business days on top of the above delivery timeframes during busy periods such as Christmas or Mother's Day.

Once your items have been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking number.

International shipping times vary from 7 to 28 business days. TANORA is not responsible for any additional charges associated with international customs & taxes. EXPRESS option is not available for international shipping.

  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

Efforts are made to ensure there is minimal colour and thickness variation, some variation can be expected as we use natural materials and production is entirely handmade.

Refunds/exchanges are accepted.

The claim has to be made within 21 days of receipt. Items should be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. Please note, that returns for a change of mind are accepted with the return shipping at the customer's expense. 

In the unlikely case of a faulty item or change of mind on hat products, a pre-paid label will be issued.

The first step is to contact us at info@tanora.com.au within 21 days of receipt of the item. Including your order number, photo of fault and reason for return. For a faulty item and hats, you will be sent a prepaid label to be attached to original packaging of the product. Once assessed, you will be eligible to an exchange or refund.
