How do I pack my hat?
The round crown hats can be crushed, to improve space and fold nicely, pinch the top of the crown then bring two extremes of the brim together, once folded, roll your hat.
For the Ramse fedora hat, we recommend to stuff it with soft, small garments so it keeps its shape. Then start packing around it so nothing sits on top of the crown.
How do I make my brim stiffer?
Raffia being a natural fiber, it reacts with the weather. You can have a stiffer brim by spraying ironing starch on the inside & outside of the brim, then finish by letting the hat dry properly.

Refunds/exchanges are only accepted in the unlikely case of a faulty item. Claim has to be made within 21 days of receipt. Items should be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. TANORA cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

For a faulty item, you will be sent a prepaid label to be attached to original packaging of the product. Once assessed, you will be eligible to an exchange or refund.
As for returns of hats, shipping will be at customers' expenses.
