Each pendant is made from charcoal raffia and Zebu horn, Madagascar's native cattle breed, sourced as a by-product of the same local abattoirs that supply our leather. We give the horn new life rather than let it go to waste — reshaped into a piece worn as a necklace or clipped onto a bag as a charm. The cord is fully adjustable, so it sits exactly where you want it. Each pendant is one of four forms, no two ever quite alike, given the natural variation in the horn itself. Small, considered, made from something that would otherwise be discarded.

Handwoven from 100% natural raffia by skilled artisans. Each piece carries subtle variations in tone and texture, reflecting the beauty of natural fibres and traditional craftsmanship.

To care for your raffia piece:

  • Use mild, natural detergents only - avoid harsh chemicals or cleaners.
  • Spot clean small marks with a damp cloth.
  • For greasy stains, soak in warm soapy water and gently rub with a soft sponge.
  • Always air dry completely before storing or using.
  • Store away from direct sunlight and humidity
  • Avoid contact with oils and cosmetics
  • Maintain shape by storing with light padding when not in use

Strands of raffia are hand-braided and coiled into shape, a method rooted in some of Madagascar's oldest craft traditions. The technique demands precise, even tension throughout to achieve a clean, sculptural finish. The result is a piece with natural strength and a tactile, rope-like beauty.
